Cigar EDT – Rémy Latour
Dark Patchouli Oil – Plant Guru
Glastonbury Splash – Stirling
Very enjoyable commingling of these three.
Glastonbury strikes me as all-season. If any one in particular had to be selected, I might most associate it with Autumn (thinking, crunchy leaves, dusty and earthy, with just a hint of organic sweetness), not Summer, but maybe that just reflects the festival's timing and Stirling's marketing association of the scent with that event.
Cigar does an almost immediate disappearing act on me . . . and it doesn't seem to be olfactory fatigue, because the fragrance does not reappear hours later. With longevity behavior of aftershave, this fragrance may wind up getting decanted (and dabbled with) and used that way.
However much you may acquire, you will always wish to acquire more; satiety is a dream which will always elude you. — Bertrand Russell on shaving soap
