Tom Slick, I've remarked elsewhere that I was shocked to find that Endymion is listed as an EdC. For me it performs like an Eau de Toilette at least. It lasts a good while, I'd say somewhere in the moderate range (8-10 hours for me). I have good skin for fragrances though.
Do you not have a retailer nearby that carries Penhaligon's? It's available at some Saks Fifth Avenue stores (usually the larger ones), and even at some Art of Shaving locations. If you can't find it around your area, I'd be happy to send you a sample if you'd like to try it before committing to a full bottle (I always prefer to sample first).

Guerlain Vetiver. I once read somewhere that Paul McCartney wore GV, so if it is good enough for Sir Paul, I'm for it.
Neo, we have a WalMart in Blackstone, a Supercenter! I'm pretty sure I can try out some Cool Water there and that's just about the same thing as Green Irish Tweed, ipso facto one can obtain Creed in Blackstone, but not Penhaligon's. There is an AOS store in Richmond, and I should be making the trek there soon. Thank you for the kind offer, however.
