Habit Rouge (Guerlain) powdered leather
From its zingy citric opening to its baby powdery dry down, this fragrance goes through a lot of changes. It's like an oversweet, overly clean version of Penhaligon's Hammam Bouquet. At times I enjoy it quite a bit, at other times I'm left almost gagging. It's very powdery, and sometimes too floral. The leather, at least, gives it some balance. A light touch on the atomizer leads to a pretty sweet ride that will leave you smelling freshly scrubbed for hours.
