This earthy scent always reminds me of freshly cut grass.
Claus (CHSeifert), if you have any experience with this EdT, I'd be interested in your thoughts.
Hey Freddy,
I own this version of it:

To be perfectly honest, I have only used it once, 2-3 years ago when I purchased it.
Embarrasingly enough I can't remember precisely what it smells like - but if I remember correctly, it's a bright citrus kind of fragrance.
Quite well blended.
This is what you have to live with, when you own 500-600 full bottles of fragrances, 50-60 backup bottles (which I tend to use, when I'm in a hurry) and 100+ samples I often wear for testing purporses.
The smell of grass, can't quite remember if it smells like that, but I don own one fragrance, that smells like fresh cut grass, Carolina Herrera 212, a quite creame grassy smelling fragrance.
I also own another one, that actually also smells like fresh cut grass, I used it for 2.nd or 3.rd time 2 days ago, and it smells like grass, cedar and citrus also - it's called Commes des Garcon Blue Cedrat. A very simple CDG fragrances, but effective.
I can highly recommend this CDG Blue Cedrat, and to my surprise 8-10 sprays of it lasted (I kid you not) 24 full hours on my skin, I actually got a headache from this one to be honest, and I'm a liberal oversprayer by heart.

Wearing a cheapie that may be suited better for a younger guy, but man do I love it (the wife as well). Vanilla, plum and rum.
This is a very overlooked Lacoste fragrance.
I own it in 100 ml version, and the plum note is quite well blnded in it, for being a cheapie.
I think the last time I used mine must have been in 2013 something, will try to look into using it during next week.
