Vintage Shaver
Seattle, WA
I have some vintage Stratford lavender shaving soap coming. I've never tried it before. It's not like I really needed the soap, but I didn't have any lavender soap in my current rotation, so....

These came in over the weekend. Not that packaging is the end all be all but the Abbate y lay Mantia packaging is extraordinary.

That is some high-end packaging, indeed. And some really nice photography, Kevin! Krokos is high on my list of new soaps to try, it looks and sounds amazing. Be sure to share your thoughts when you’ve used it.

Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

I bought a box o' razors not too long ago, and when I opened it I found 2 "freebies", but also 1 missing and 1 with a cracked blade. The cracked blade was my first Wade & Butcher, a 5/8 full hollow, and I was so bummed it was cracked, BUT...

I received word today that a replacement Wade & Butcher is en route. Even got a picture. A lovely "Invincible" that appears to be 6/8 full hollow and in LOVELY condition. It will need some cleanup, to be certain, but I am very excited for this razor. Time to see what the fuss is all about!

Already seeing what you have been able to accomplish, Chris, I have no doubt that you will, once again, make the proverbial silk purse out of a sow's ear. Winking

Oh, if pre-ordering counts then the PannaCrema DFS shaving soap and the Barrister and Mann Classic Barrister Reserve. Big Grin
