I have some vintage Williams shaving cream coming. I had originally planned to pair this with my vintage Williams Rose shaving soap, but I've gotten some Cyril Salter Wild Rose cream for that purpose now, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the Williams cream.

I'm waiting for a crapload of samples and a full bottle of Chatillon Lux aftershaves to be delivered.   Since I placed the order today, I'll be waiting for a while.     Confused

A couple more sticks of vintage Floris Verbena shaving soap are on the way. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep them or put them up on the BST, but I wanted to make sure they ended up with a forum member one way or another.

Not out for delivery just yet, but I scored a lot of 5 straights in decent shape for $60 shipped. Including Wase & Butcher, Torrey, Geneva Cutlery, Woatenholm & Son, and a Lee. Supposed to be a couple of "bonus freebies" as well but I've no idea what they could be. At $12 a razor shipped I couldn't pass it up...

A cheap shavette from Amazon. Gonna try my hand at one of these before delving full on into str8s. I know conventional wisdom says that shavettes are rougher and harder to master but we'll see how it goes...

Go forth gently, my friend...

Seriously, shavettes are very difficult to master, as they are extremely unforgiving. 1 week with a shavette left me with more cuts than 3 months with straights.

A couple razor handles are coming my way, a UFO Colibri and a Triad Helix Round Bar in brass (without the head in the image).
