A vintage Rooney 3/3 Finest, whose lettering was ruined by Bob Quinn in a re-knotting effort, was refurbished by Brad Sears, with Lee Sabini putting into it a current Finest knot, the closest I could get to the look and feel of the original. It's on its way back to me.

And a Black Eagle Rhino is coming. I have wanted for a long time to get one to try and compare to my old Rooneys. I may not keep it, but I will at least get to try it a few times for comparison.

I would agree, Dan. It looks pretty close to the original. I just hope it lathers like it too.

A couple of Fragrances headed my way- Mancera ‘Cedrat Boise’ and Nishane ‘Hacivat’. These should both be great for the warm weather.

Wanted one of these "New Gems" for awhile but they kept escaping me due to pricing/snipe bidders. No case but happy to land one.
