Yes it is Copper top cap but I did trade it for brass to match my razor..just need to trade my baseplate to level 1 or 2 in brass… Happy2

The level 3 was a real risk/reward razor when I had one in brass. It gave some very close shaves, and in the end I regretted selling it.

This is what I heard and great point I took to exchange for level 1 as I like nice mild shave and like to stick to level 1 or 2..
