I don't even use straights but would love to have that razor- great looking!

I got shipping confirmation today from Wolfman!

Also have a shipment inbound from Gifts & Care with some Myrsol Blue and Timor Blades (never tried these blades).

Received yesterday some Dominica Bay Rum.

Kevin, I shall be very interested in your take of the Timor blades. I found them too hit or miss. Some blades in the tuck were good and some pretty rough. For that reason, I never bothered to reorder. As always, your experience may be completely different so let us know.

I'm expecting delivery of a couple backup bottles of Floris No. 89 aftershave. I just moved suddenly and somewhat unexpectedly when an apartment became available, and ShopLondons wanted to pass on to me the UPS charge of $12.50 for a delivery address change, which I wasn't willing to pay. Fortunately UPS left a delivery attempt notice at the old address, and with that notification number I was able to redirect delivery to my new dwelling for "only" $5 extra. Nickel and diming....

Thanks Freddy, I will definitely keep you posted. The packaging has to be some of the coolest I have seen but when I ordered I figured if they were above average there would be more buzz.

Still worth a shot for an inexpensive experiment!

The packaging is definitely cool and I admit that was part of their appeal because if they were a good blade it would be nice to display them with some of my other shaving accoutrement (no small children to worry about).  Sadly, that was not the case for me.

Out for delivery today, according to the USPS, is an order of Mike's shampoo bars. Unfortunately, they are aimed at my old address, and it is very likely that the famously incompetent USPS will overlook or completely ignore my forwarding information and will deliver the order to the old apartment.
