Yeah, Andrew said it's the softest synthetic he's ever used, but I don't see how you could get much softer than the Tuxedo. I'm not sure on the loft. I meant to ask how deep it would be set in the handle when I bought it but forgot. I trust his judgement though. I will measure it when I get the brush and let you know.
