Several items scheduled for Friday. Won't bore you with the small stuff, but a Fat Handle Tech rehabbed with rhodium from ATT is the main attraction. That plus a bunch of fairly small stuff from Joe at Italian Barber of which I 'll just mention one item.

I am rather pleased with the fact that I stick with pedestrian ASs from the 'old days'. Pinaud's Clubman, Aqua Velva and Mennen Skin Bracer are in my cabinet to stay. But I'm only human and, as such, subject to the hype heaped upon the what seems to be an endless number of expensive modern ASs. I broke down and a bottle of "Extro' Artisanal Bay Rum Aftershave from Settimo Torinese" will be in Joe's package. I almost hope that I don't like it, so I can again retreat to the virtue of being a 'regular guy' who doesn't need the fancy schmancy stuff!   Evilgrin

P.S. Oh, and any soap with the name "Mudder Focker" has to have a place in my cabinet whether I use it or not!
Does Mean I Must Buy High End Shaving Gear?

Yup it's a looker. I'll have to try and figure out this pic thing. My digital camera is missing too. One of the kids probably borrowed.

Just picked up last nite a cased 1918 Single Ring Old Type. Just got notice from the seller they got it in the mail today before the holiday. Dec 2nd arrival.
Like most DE types I lack patience. Will be a long 6 or 7 days.

All I can say is, get on with your life.  Then, suddenly, when you have put it in the back of your mind, SURPRISE! May it be everything you have hoped for. Smile

A NOS GEM Flying Wing. My first Micromatic but not my first SE.

This needs to be my last safety razor purchase for a while. In fact, I really should get around to selling those that are surplus to requirements.
