I really like this splash. Too bad it isn't available any more. It was my first Stirling product...a gift when I first started using a DE...

Chris, what is the scent like on that one? I was always curious about it.

Today I used Clubman.

"Cologne-y". It's the best way I can describe it. It pairs very well with soft, "powdery" scents. I use it with Crowne & Crane Thuringian Forest, it's a really good fit with Jeeves of Hudson Street Mountain Rain, and also pairs well with Beaver Woodwright Shipwreck Cove and Shaver Heaven Barbershop. Anything that gives me a sense of a classic cologne. Not really a drugstore scent, like Brut, but more of a vintage cologne appeal...

New Guerlain Vetiver splash aftershave. It was nicely soothing and has a very light, green, woodsy fragrance. Its top notes are bergamot, coriander, lemon, mandarin, and neroli; the heart has vetiver and cedar wood; and the base is composed of tobacco, walnuts, pepper, and Tonka bean. Despite all those accords, to me it has a really simple, sort of superficial scent overall. It was inexpensive.

Thanks Chris! Sounds like a good one to me.
