You don't remember "BigPoppa"? I think him and a couple of other random trolls are the only ones to ever get banned here. I think there have been a couple of others that were only banned for a week and allowed back.

What about the guy that spent a week building up to his first DE shave? The only person in the history of DFS to be told a photo for proof he shaved was required to continue participating...

Of course he would have had fewer problems if he didn't beg for free gear...

OK THAT guy I do remember.

I'll chime in here.  When I joined as a brand new member, I got off a bit on the wrong foot.   While my intentions were good, I went about things in the wrong way.  The mods let me know this instead of banning me.  I'm happy it worked out as I now spend more time here than on any other forum, and I'm feeling good about it.

we definitely try to avoid banning people and we certainly give the people who we have been banned a lot of rope before it reaches its end.

Has anyone actually been banned from here?  If they have I guess I didn't notice.

If there were a thread here called what are you listening to, where people posted YT videos and a guy posted a video by the band Insane Clown Posse doing their song "I Want My $h17" - Would that get a guy banned here? The guy prefaced it with a warning that the video contained graphic language.

You won't get banned for posting it.  However, if it is found to be offensive then it would be deleted and you would be sent a PM as to why.  There would also be an expectation that you wouldn't put up something in equally poor taste.

I have to wonder, though, why you would want to put up something with graphic language that might offend.

We already have a "Music Time" thread in the Lounge (which is the same as "What Are You Listening To") and folks post photos and You Tube videos of what they are listening to.  That is where you should post.
