Was this the place that had the rex ambassador group buy?

I was looking through my collection with a friend and he really liked it and asked where it was from.  I showed him the website to buy it (He bought a Konsul instead) and now it's driving me insane as to where I got it.  I am pretty sure it was a group buy from here.

It has an N2 date code that puts it at 2nd quarter of 2018.

From what I remember people complained about the razor having a lot of drag or something to that effect.  I never experienced that.
