Agon - there is not any defect - I will make tomorrow detail photo of OC. It is my mistake, sorry ....

golfhacker - I am not sure what are you asking about, but answer is yes. You can see it on first picture without VAT is it EUR192,86 and VAT is EUR44,32. Total is it EUR237,- . Because I am located in EU as well as producer of Tatara razors I had to pay full price EUR 237,-.

golfhacker I believe that it is not possible to get a VAT discount even if you bought directly from the site. I paid EUR 159 for a brand new OC Masamune, without stand.

Well, I've bought a ton of things from Europe and never paid VAT a single time. Not sure why this would be any different. Has something changed that would cause US citizens to pay VAT to a European seller for a product being shipped to the US? Not that I'm aware of, but I could be wrong.

Sorry again gents, certainly I have stand, I will post it tomorrow as well ....
stesa - with some problems you can get (if you are outside EU resident) VAT back, but IMO it absolutely doesn´t worth effort because after that, you have to pay incoming custom tax (depends on tax law country where you live) ...

Look like it. It's the same in the 2nd pic as well if you expand it.

golfhacker Hmm, IMO it isn´t possible (official way) of course. Seller needs to have proof (stamp from customs autority) his goods was sold to real non EU citizen to avoid problems (cheating with VAT). Seller is not allowed to sell his goods directly without VAT.

Tax Free Shopping is a service for customers whose residence is not in the EU. They can ask for a submission of VAT refund form while making their purchases as long as they meet the following conditions:

the buyer´s residence has to be located outside of the EU
the minimum purchase from one merchant in one day is equivalent of USD 100,-
the buyer gets a Tax Free form, which has to be filled in properly
these goods have to be exported within 3 months, from the end of the month in which they were purchased
when exporting goods (going across the EU border) the properly filled in form has to be stamped by the customs authority
it is necessary to submit a filled in and stamped form together with the original receipt at the Refund Office or seller to get the VAT refunded

Check any european shop on *bay. No one offers to non-EU citizens purchase without VAT. But stay we with wet shaving products. Pils razors. This is German mark, located in EU. Is here someone who bought Pils directly without VAT? Write directly to Tatara and post here their response. I think, it´s very easy to find, who is right.

FWIW, I live in the US and have purchased items from Connaught Shaving and TVB Shaving. Never had to pay VAT.
