Are you that oblivious @ andrewjs18 and happy just to have another member register?

Read the OP's post from a couple days ago on the resold Wolfman post.

"I have no issues with James pricing or his way of selling razors. I bought both my Wolfmans aftermarket and have been extreamly happy. This hobby has the most waitlisted gear ive ever seem. Just goes to show the great people that are hand making these items. "Create the disease, than sell the cure" Thats pretty cool in my book. I always have the option to wait, buy aftermarket or not at all. I dont see my wolfmans really ever depreciating in value. But the value for me is in the quailty of the shave. The fact people will pay half a G for it, is a bonus I suppose.<br/>

The shave nook added beginning of this year to protect there members and stop/slow down overpriced hardware.

"Our new BST rule requires sellers to list the retail price for the item that they are selling and to sell for no more than said retail price. When it comes to M&F brushes, you are to adhere to the following chart. Since Lee does not publish his retail prices, these are the prices that you must follow. If you wish to sell for a higher price, you will have to sell them somewhere else (e.g., EBAY). "
Damn fine shave admin should help us all to stop the price gouging in this private market.

TSN is TSN...they can govern their forum how they see fit.

setting price restrictions adds an incredible amount of forum administration overhead and it's not something I'm willing to do. just as there can be price ceilings, there can also be price floors where people can't list something below a certain price.

about half of my high end gear is bought after market. Im not so fortunate to get multiples of something at retail. Wanna talk about fair pricing? I can tell you that no one was telling me not to sell all my Simpson manchurians at $120 loss for each one. People happily will steal an item when it benefits them. One guy pm'd me he was "appalled". Really just sad. But sure he'll take it off my hand for less than retail. I wouldn't even consider my price on the Wolfman unreasonable. Its not worth $300 if you can buy one at any time. Hard to come by items are simply worth more. And for me, I usually have to pay a premium and like wise, ask a premium. Notice how NO ONE sells wolfmans for $300 on BST forums? Because they're worth more than that.

no one ever complains when they're getting a deal. that's the point I was trying to bring up earlier.
