is the PayPal account linked to that CONUS address or is it going to a freight forwarder?
Unfortunately the BST and PayPal rules are not friendly to a seller when an international buyer uses a FF who messes things up and it’s blamed on the seller.
An RS10 is a serious ask from a selling transaction perspective.

I think you are seriously crossing the line. What makes you think that I have to answer your question?

I don’t think he’s crossing the line at all, as long as one is aware of how PayPal works. He’s trying to save you both the time and effort of finding out later if your PayPal address doesn’t match up to where you ultimately want it sent to, the seller can get skrewed by the buyer just saying the package was never received, even if there’s a delivery confirmation. Sellers of higher-end items aren’t going to put themselves in a situation of getting skrewed over by a buyer because they know that stuff happens regularly, so like you said you don’t “have to” answer it from him or anyone else who might have the exact same concern, but they also don’t have to sell you their razors.

I am not trying to be rude, but I have had one instance where shipping to a freight forwarder caused damage to the item and insurance wouldn’t cover it because it was delivered and not reported there. So clearly, the damaged happened in the next leg. Jesseix is 100% correct, PayPal will side with the buyer even if the seller did everything perfectly and a freight forwarder is involved.
