If anyone has a Phoenix DOC in like new or new condition I am interested. I will keep this open for tonight and buy the travel kit version from PAA tomorrow if nobody replies.

Did the satin finish one sell out already? I wanted to get one, but then kept reading about it being really mild. I've found that mild DEs usually mean inefficient for me, although I have not used your beloved AS-D2.Big Grin The look of the DOC has me intrigued though.

I would say it's very mild but more efficient than say a merkur 34c. I've never shaved with anything like it, in a good way, you can really feel the blade but I've never got even a single weeper from it. I'm impressed with it.

It sold out last week. They have a travel version which is nicer looking but I don't want the kit, and it's $45 compared to $35.

I have an original one barely used. If you are still interested in picking one up, let me know!
