Would love to see if anyone else grabbed one from the premier drop from this German based artisan. Here’s a screen shot of my IG post.

Nice to see more artisan hand tied brush makers come to the market.
I like he has own handle style...

Bought one from the last drop on May 1 where you were able to pick between a few colors and the two different shapes he offers. I’ve tried 2 Declaration Grooming brushes now and they were both way to big and a bit too dense for me. Maybe I’ve been using paladins for too long or maybe I’m just not a fan shape user when it comes to badgers. Hoping this Wald offers a different experience. I believe his knots are 27mm. He sent me this picture yesterday before he shipped it. With the $450 price tag, I have very high hopes. I’ll try and hop back here once it arrives to share more thoughts.

I see he doesn’t do the numbered copper coin at the bottom anymore, I’m curious to know how that handle feels

J1 and J2 had coins, J3 and Synthetic don't and the coins won't return for now.

Mine just hit customs in Miami. I will post pics when it arrives. Really looking forward to adding this one to my collection to see how it stacks up against some of my other high end brushes and hand tied knots.

Living on the edge
Tomorrow, June 9, at 7 p.m. CEST (Central European Summer Time) there will be a drop. The drop will contain 4 J3 knots and 15 A1 knots. The handle shape and color options can be chosen. A1s come in your choice of either fan or bulb shape. Please note that there is a purchasing limit of one brush per customer per day.
