Found this at an antique mall. Cleaned it up a bit and polished with a dremel.Now try and hone,  any recommendations on where to get some stones.

Chosera 1k as your bevel setter off of Amazon!  This is the most crucial step in the process.

You buy a jasper whetstone, and dress it correctly on both sides..that can take it home to shave ready.

EBay, Amazon, and BSTs...Wild Whetstones if you want the jasper.
