Received a tub of Tree of Life from his latest batch today and used it tonight on a 1½ day growth. The soap arrived in their new wide tubs that are 5 oz. of tallowy goodness and the listed notes are oakmoss & sandalwood of which IMO the former is more prevalent. Strength is medium, but as with all their scents very tasteful. I would in fact go so far as to state this scent falls into a "barbershop" genre. I find it very......soothing, for lack of a better word. Those who have used this brand before know that it loves water and then some as it becomes more slippery with more water. PSF is very, very good for those who treasure such.

In conclusion, for $12 + $3 for timely shipping this soap is damn near unbeatable and you get 5 oz. to boot!! I just want to add that with Viking shave soaps I cannot help but notice (and sense) the exquisite quality of materials he uses that I don't get from 95%+ of other artisan soaps. Chiseled Face comes to mind re quality, but Viking is IMO just simply a better shaver. YMMV.

Hey all, thanks for the kind words on the soap! I am happy to ship anywhere (and have many times outside the US), but my website can't calculate shipping for anywhere but the US, so I just ask that you send me an email at vikingsoap@gmail.com to let me know what you want and I will work up a quote for the products + shipping for you. I also carry a small number of samples, so if anyone is interested in those, also shoot me an email and we can work that out.

I received my order of Viking soap today - I ordered a backup of Ragnar, Fjord, Longship and Valhalla and a Ragnar balm.  They all smell great - subtle and masculine as you'd expect from a Viking thanks Andrew Viking .  Really appreciate it.

A modest retirement at best  Happy2  I used Valhalla a couple of days ago and found it very nice - great performance and a subtle, masculine fragrance - it was as though I was being transported by Valkyries to Valhalla except without the dying well in battle part.  Or the Valkyries.

The Valhalla is our take on the Drakkar Noir cologne, I haven't smelled the actual cologne in a while, but it certainly reminds me of it.

I got my tub of Valhalla today and I immediately knew it was a take on Drakkar (I also must admit to currently owning the cologne as well) lol.

I've never smelled Drakkar Noir but I think I would like it. I like that all of the Viking soaps I have are very subtley scented and very masculine
