Vendor Tierra Santa

Does anyone know if this vendor has gone out of business? The website is open but the checkout is blocked. I emailed but got no response. Anyone know what's going on there? They are the only source I know of for Viking Sword blades.

Thats interesting, I'll send the guy a note - I had an email exchange with him earlier in the year after a friend of mine visited his "shop" in Israel while he was there last Christmas. I'll let you know what I hear.

Try a blade carries the Viking's Swords but they cost more - .40/blade vs .17/blade

I've done business with Lior before but it's been awhile, February is my last email exchange with him. I know they're a small family business. I hope everything is okay.

I don't know him, but if he's in Israel, keep in mind that we're right in the middle of the High Holidays. Rosh HaShannah was last week, and tomorrow, for example, is Yom Kippur. So it's possible that it may be a holiday related absence.

As for the holidays, I first contacted him a couple of weeks before Rosh Hashanah, but maybe he has taken a long holiday. l hope all is well with him.

I exchanged emails with Lior (owner) yesterday and he tells me that he disabled the checkout because he doesn't have the time right now to prepare/ship packages. He plans on coming back on line in November, however, he will no longer be able to offer free shipping due to the rising shipping costs.

Hopefully the shipping costs won't rise so much as to make him no longer the best option for certain items like the Vikings Swords.
