Unfortunately there was a delay in one of the shipments, so US retailers will be offering the releases tomorrow now instead of today.

Birth of the cool restocked at Pasteur's! Notes: tobacco leaf, tobacco flower, lemon, pink pepper, neroli, rum, tonic bean, dried fruit, cedar, vanilla bean

The scent is not a normal dupe, instead using a couple of different dupe oils and my own touch, making this an entirely unique scent. Birth of the Cool is one-third Maison Margiela Jazz Club, one-third Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, and one-third my own special tobacco scent blend.

If you are in CANADA, Pasteur's has allowed me to sell a few sets to Canadians directly on account of prohibitive shipping/duty fees.

Northman, my collab with Aylsworth Razors drops today! Please note you will only be able to purchase from them directly and I do not have any stock of it.

NOTES: Douglas Fir, Fir Balsam, Black Pine, Bergamot, Juniper, Pink Pepper, Leather, Musk, Oud, Cedarwood

An endless starry expanse unfolds overhead. You breathe in the crisp evening air as you take your first step on a perilous journey across Norway’s rugged alpine woodlands. Guided by the soft luminescence of an aurora borealis, with only ragged pelts and furs to shield you from the biting cold, you grip your trusty Skeggøx axe and move silently through the dense forest, eyes trained intently for signs of your elusive prey. You are the Northman

Opening with the invigorating evergreen notes of Douglas Fir, Fir Balsam and Black Pine, the Northman takes you on an epic journey into the Norwegian Alpine wilderness. As the fragrance unfolds into a heart of Bergamot, Juniper and Pink Pepper, it invokes the rich storied history of ceremonial Viking rituals before settling into a stoically masculine base of Leather, Musk, Oud and Cedarwood.

The Northman is a limited collaboration between MacDuff's Soap Company and Aylsworth Razors providing a remarkably original fragrance journey that pays homage to the spirit of brave adventure in the Viking tradition.

WILD ROSE COUNTRY

Notes: Rose Blend, Sandalwood, Oud, Cognac, Black Pepper, Atlas Cedar, Patchouli, Hay Absolute, Palmarosa, Labdanum, Benzoin

"Blessed is the person too busy to worry in the day time and too tired to worry at night." - Prairie Proverb

Wild Rose Country is inspired by wild rose, the official flower of Alberta and is one of my original scents that started off as a simple four essential oil blend. This iteration of Wild Rose Country is an approach to perfumery I have yet to try-- a duplicate of a pre existing fragrance usually from the perfumery world, more commonly known as a “dupe.” As I'm not one to disappoint those who have come to appreciate my style of scent blending, I've combined two dupes with a good portion of my own approach, for something unique to Macduff's Soap Company.

Wild Rose Country combines a dupe of Rose 31 by Le Labo (30 percent of the scent blend) and Killian's Angel Share (20 percent of the scent blend). The remaining 50 percent is a creation of my own that combines my own natural imitation rose blend (ho wood, rose geranium, Egyptian geranium and rosewood), a touch of atlas cedar, hay absolute and palmarosa (a holdover to prior versions of WRC) that lend a slight "grassy" touch, and a base of benzoin, vanilla, sandalwood, labdanum and oud.

The resulting scent is a sweet and spicy rose that has a rich, warm and woodsy base.

HAUNTED CABIN

Notes: Pumpkin, Sandalwood, Allspice, Orange Peel, Honey, Patchouli, Blackberry, Tobacco, Oud

Step into spooky season with "Haunted Cabin," a fragrance made for a cold moonlit Halloween night.

Haunted Cabin conjures an otherworldly scent experience that pays homage to the undead and the macabre and… pumpkin spice.

As you venture into the dark woods of "Haunted Cabin," you're greeted by the unearthly aroma of ripe pumpkin, its essence intertwined with bewitching blackberry and an apparition of allspice.

The scent of orange peel and honey emerges from the shadows, their sweetness carrying an underlying sense of socery.

The journey takes you to the depths of the cabin, where you'll discover the pestilent patchouli and the supernatural seduction of sandalwood. But as you try and escape you are bound by the sinister notes of tobacco and oud, as if they were conjured from the very depths of the afterlife.

Santa's Workshop - An Evergreen Scent

Fir Needle, Black Pine, Spruce, Orange Zest, Clove Leaf, Eucalyptus Dives, Cedarwood Blend, Bay Leaf, Vanilla Bean, Fir Absolute, Spruce Absolute

Part I of the Santa Trilogy.

In the frosty realm of the North Pole, Santa's Workshop emerged as a nod to what the heart of the North Pole might smell like on Christmas Eve – a rich evergreen blend of fir needle, black pine and spruce.

In the heart of the North Pole, Santa's Workshop bustled with activity. Elves moved with purpose, assembling toys in an efficient choreography. The scent of evergreen permeated the air as fir trees stood tall, adorned with twinkling lights.

Santa, in his red suit and white beard, surveyed the workshop with a nod of approval. Tools clinked, and machinery hummed, creating a rhythmic backdrop to the cheerful chatter of the elves. The workshop walls echoed with the sound of wrapping paper crinkling and gifts being stacked.

Amid the organized chaos, a sweet aroma of orange, eucalyptus, rosemary, and a hint of clove wafted through the air, adding a touch of festivity. The workshop was a symphony of productivity, a place where the magic of Christmas was brought to life through the hands of dedicated workers.

Santa's Cheer - An Eggnog Scent

Part II of the Santa Trilogy.

Amaretto, Golden Rum, Vanilla Bean, Cream, Butter, Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Allspice, Tonka Bean

Santa, with his sack full of gifts, navigated his sleigh through the starlit sky. As he descended upon a little house, he noticed something different – not the usual plate of cookies, but a frosted glass of rich, spiked eggnog awaited him.

Curiosity sparked in Santa's eyes as he parked the sleigh on the snowy roof. He slid down the chimney, boots first, and found himself in a dimly lit living room adorned with stockings and tinsel.

Santa approached the festively adorned table where the eggnog sat, its creamy top adorned with a sprinkle of nutmeg. The handwritten note next to the glass explained that the family thought Santa might appreciate a change from the usual fare. A subtle smile played on Santa's lips as he took a sip.

The rich, velvety eggnog warmed Santa from the inside out, and the subtle kick of spirits added an unexpected but delightful twist. Santa couldn't help but chuckle to himself, realizing that even the jolliest of traditions could use a little remix now and then.

Bad Santa - A Cherry Tobacco and Bourbon Scent

Part III of the Santa Trilogy.

Notes: Spice, Cherrywood, Tobacco Leaf, Whisky, Oak, Vanilla, Vetiver, Nutmeg, Ginger, Patchouli, Raspberry

As the final lights of Christmas Eve flickered away, Santa Claus found himself back at the North Pole. The night had been a resounding success and a feeling of confident satisfaction washed over him.

Santa kicked off his boots and settled into a plush armchair. He reached for a well-aged bottle of barrel proof bourbon and poured himself a generous glass. The room began to fill with the rich aroma of cherry tobacco as Santa lit his pipe, the smoke dancing with the memories of another Christmas gone by.

Reflecting on the night's adventures, Santa revelled in the joy of a job well done. With a contented sigh, Santa raised his glass in a silent toast to another successful Christmas savouring this moment of respite.
