They are no different than any other type of scammer. But they also make people fear and distrust the legal system. I hope in their personal lives they have a harsh shave with multiple nicks every day.  Sad

Well and truly despise people abusing the law, the worst are lawyers who should have the greatest interest in maintaining its integrity. One has to ask oneself when filing specious suits: just why the living Hell did one ever choose to attend law school if not to make the world a better place?

As far as I know Bullgoose has never had a physical retail location (asked about doing an order pickup a couple times), this is an ADA lawsuit about just the website??

I like it.  It’s a huge problem when the patent offices shirk their responsibilities and offload their obligations to thoroughly review patent applications and the claims made therein to the public when the grant  patents that shouldn’t be granted. It costs money to invalidate “bogus” patents.

Yes. Apparently the websites should have some sort of software that translates text to speech for blind people. If you don’t this guy will sue you

I know he had a physical location he was working on to open to the public way back in 2013 (I've been in it) but not sure if he ever got it to the point of allowing customers in the building.

I think he got hit for his shaving store and then simply shut down shavenook to avoid a 2nd lawsuit.

it's more than text to speech. it involves avoiding certain colors to prevent seizures, having CC for videos, etc...

What a frivolous lawsuit!
Someone should hand the plaintiff a straight or a DE
and ask him to shave with it.
If he can't, then he has no business being on the shave nook.
