Am neither educated nor intellectually gifted: what is intended by 'another form of trolling' as there have been so many posts, with so wide a swathe of opinion?

I’m not dismissing it as harmless. Trolls are evil. It’s basically exploiting others purely for personal gain. Starting legal action that have no intention of “righting a wrong “ or adding to the sum total of decided law but purely as a nuisance that people will pay to go away. This guy wouldn’t target any websites with deep pockets because they might not settle and defend on principle although in my experience when principle runs up against money, money usually wins.  Here’s a definition of patent trolls

Was unaware you referencing 'legal' trolls. Apologies. Again, am neither best nor brightest.

I'm a plaintiffs' lawyer, but I don't handle ADA cases. It's important to me that people believe in and trust our legal system. Almost everyone I know in my field is disgusted by serial plaintiffs and their lawyers who make money by abusing the legal system to extort money from small businesspeople. They are no different than any other type of scammer. But they also make people fear and distrust the legal system. I hope in their personal lives they have a harsh shave with multiple nicks every day.  Sad

I notice, for what it is worth, that the Bullgoose site is still accessible.
