Hello Folks,
I would like to find a scent that is similar to 1805.  I have yet to try Truefitt and Hill 1805.  I have a friend who is on the fence about wet shaving but loves the scent from 1805.  If I can find a good performer that has a Truefitt and Hill 1805 scent, I might be able to make a convert out of him.  Unfortunately, cost is a factor.  I can go as high as a Barrister and Mann or Catie's Bubbles price but since I am hoping to make this a regular item, I would like to find a substitute that is not $30.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Not a dead-ringer, but Catie's Bubbles Ocean Grove is similar. It has a geranium-aquatic scent that reminds me of 1805, though not quite as sweet. They are in the same genre of scent, but he won't mistake it for 1805.

You could also buy a travel tube of T&H 1805 rather than the tub to save money.

The B&M Oceana latha soap sounds similar to 1805 but I haven't tried it so I couldn't say for sure.

Thanks for the head's up.  Ironically, my 2 favorite artisan companies are the 2 that are listed to try out.  Now I have an excuse to by some more Catie's Bubbles and some more Barrister & Mann.  Big Grin
