Thanks Rob (Blade4vor)! I'll definitely be adding this to my next MW order.

Joseph, you are correct, my friend. Actually, there are quite a few scents that I neither have nor get on with. I don't like everything in life. Big Grin

The Eufros tallow tobacco is incredible. My favorite tobacco scented soap and maybe the best performing soap I've tried.

I generally order the soap in the tub and then split the soap into the tub and half into a tube for a shave stick.  I usually use the stick, but sometimes I like to load up the brush in the tub. So, that is the reason why I split these soaps.  I enjoy several Mystic Water scents(and still have a pile of samples to go through), but I would say Leather & Smoke is right up close to Vetiver & Oakmoss or Vanilla Sandalwood for me.  One shave so far with Leather & Smoke, so it's early in with such an approval rating.

The performance of this soap is the same great performance during the shave and outstanding post-shave feel that Mystic Water shaving soaps are known to produce

I followed the shave with vintage MEM English Leather.  My lovely wife approved!

Rob, I completely agree with your comments. Leather is definitely prominent. I have little ability to identify supporting scents, so I'll take your word for it that pipe, musk and cedarwood are there  Shy If your looking for a strong scent of tobacco, this may not be the 'one'. But it's manly, rugged, without being overpowering. I agree, medium strength but present through all phases of the shave. A winner for me after the first shave.

Edit: I can still get hints of the scent three hours later. I do not expect this from my soaps, but consider it a bonus ++

It is all about scents, my friend and nothing to do with performance. Smile

I have. It is a winner. I encourage anyone who's curious to give my "curing" process a go.

I know it's not easy but could u describe how the mwf base note mix with the tabacco ?

Sorry my friend. My skills aren't good enough to intelligently answer that query. I will say that the MWF "soapy" scent is still very present. The tobacco and vanilla add a layer of enhancing overtones to the nose. That's it. Got no more. As the old Alka-Seltzer ads used to say: "Try it, you'll like it".
