I decided to hold onto mine, and I'll just pick up another baseplate when they release one. It's too gorgeous to return. :p

Here is the new OC Timeless Bronze razor. And it has a .78mm blade gap to increase efficiency. Well, at least in theory. Very tempting indeed....

It really is gorgeous. OC & a bit more blade gap. Extremely tempting. A longer handle would definitely be more appealing to me, but I’m fighting every thought of purchasing with every fiber of my being. I believe it to be a futile attempt and eventually succumbing to its vicious beauty. It’s the Bo Derek of Brass Razors. She calls to me.....

Just ordered the new baseplate Hope it shaves like they said, similar to the .95

I googled bronze, it does develop a green type of patina. I'm assuming this razor will too, is that correct?

I’m a bit torn as I really only need the baseplate,  but seeing that the baseplate is $90 alone or you can purchase the entire razor for just $40 more..... save a few bucks..or have another complete razor that’s ready to go?
