Aye, but dead thoroughbreds become glue, and we wouldn't want a sticky situation here.

Andyshaves , the thread was soft deleted when you deleted your 1st post but I do see that we did have some trolling posts from a new user that were directed to one particular community member.

Although I do feel that it has likely run its course, let me know if you would like to reinstate the original thread, minus any posts that violate our few DFS codes of conduct, and I will do so.

Cheers,

Kevin

The saddest part about the deleted threads is, some didn't get to see a different forums mod/admin come here, sign up and attack a member (not the OP) about a separate incident. Now this is all assuming it was the same member and nothing was photoshoped or doctored.

The posting of a screen shot from their mod forum/PM of what appeared to be a forwarded PM or intercepted with admin abilities, was not only unprofessional but violated unwritten rules about posting private conversations.

While I would agree with him that the screenshot showed some actions that were completely inappropriate for any forum (again, if it was not fabricated or altered), posting it here was not cool.

It also showed me, which I knew already, PMs are not completely private.

Wait...doesnt deleting the thread defeat the purpose of providing a a different perspective for new shavers in the community?

Ive never been one to complain about previkus experiences. Its easier to let it go and.move forward. But there are some legitimate concerns regarding accuracy and bias that were made in this thread, and it is kind of a shame to see it disappear before it can actually be beneficial...

Just my humble opinion....

I didnt see what was posted after me Bruce, but if what you say is true, it confirms what I have also suspected. Private messages arent always private on some sites.

Numerous times I've had to forward a email address to a friend, just to ensure my discussions were confidential with those that it was directed too.

I also get it that if a site is "owned" by a grand master wizard behind the curtain, he can delve into any part of the site he owns. It still feels awkward though to have a guy stare at you in the shower room when you thought you had a greater amount of privacy. Just because he owns the gym.
