Nope. Schick does their own thing and has a slightly narrower hole pattern for some reason. They also don't have particularly good control so some blades work while others don't, even from the same pack. Plus, since the blade holes are narrower, at the extremes of both Schick's tolerance band and the Vector's tolerance band, they can prevent fit. So it's a crapshoot and it's why we don't consider the Schicks to be Vector-compatible.

I have just found this to be true, with a blade from a new pack from the same bunch that I bought. They are my favorite, but on Shane's recommendation I tried the Feather Professional blades and they work perfectly both in the Vector and on my face! Since I have about almost 4 30-count packs of Prolines left, I will start shucking them like corn until I get a blade that fits right.
There is a nice list Shane put together on the Vector page that will help you find a blade that works for you, David.

Kai captains are where it's at. Just had my 16th shave and still as smooth as the first.
Vector is the highest quality razor I have ever used, feels like something a surgeon should be holding instead of me! Amazing how smooth and efficient the shaves are.

Ti22 and bmw45MO, where are you finding Kai Captain blades? I did a quick search at Amazon but found only the Milds and the Proguards.
Edit: I feel dumb! Maggard Razors, of course!!

Had one Kai Captain Mild sitting around and finally tried it with my Vector. It was fantastic. I almost sold the Vector because it doesn’t agree with me with any Feather blades in it (too rough). The magic is back. I once owned a Vector and worked with prolines fine then sold and bought another and prolines didn’t work anymore (as Shane has alluded to). Everyone run out and buy Kai blades if alternatives are rough for you!
