I had one of old model with 3 base plates and didn’t like it. I tried to use it for 2 weeks straight but I never got a good shave. Left it for a long time and tried the same thing again with my favourite vintage blades but still not a good shave. Injectors need to be light and nimble. The thing is way too heavy. I finally got rid of mine with no regrets.

Same here. If Shane could shrink the width of the Vector to create a new injector version, that would be dynamite. Even though the vector is a wee bit more agressive than my n3 injector I love, it is still milder than the e or g injectors.
I loooove injectors and light weight razors and did not like the minigoose's weight or wanted to try the supply due to it's weight.
At 90g this new Supply injector remains too heavy for me to enjoy.

Sounds good to me! I originally backed it, then fell into GEMs and decided to opt out. So the pass around is something I would participate in, thanks for the info.

This is a bit of a digression. I'm not trying to hijack the thread.
The Supply razor, 2.0 I think I've got, was a disappointment. Every shave felt harsh, as if I were using the lid from a can of soup. The razor spent a lot of time in the toothbrush holder gathering dust.
What was galling is how easy most people found it. I really felt like the slow kid in class. Then I thought I found the solution: Plate 3! But no. One good shave was followed by several that left me looking like I'd been in a knife fight.

Inspired to give the Mild plate another try and leave my machismo in the drawer--I've often used straights and Artist Club shavettes; who you callin' Mild?--I put the Mild plate on, lathered up, took care to find the correct angle and, for the past week, I've been getting excellent shaves from the razor. Using, I should add, a Chick blade.
I'm pleased. This piece of kit now works well for me. And what I like about it is that I can give it a thorough cleaning when I change the blade. I love my Parker Injector Adjustable, but it does concern me a bit that I can't clean it thoroughly.
Now, as to your post: having gotten the Supply to work for me--thanks Chuck!--I would be interested in the one they're making you can adjust on the fly. The one with the fins, not so much.
