Great top 3! How come you don't use injectors?

I like the sound of butter spreading on toast that I get from spine backed blades. I don't get that from injectors. The shave from an injector is good though.

Just by visual observation, it looks very mild. But I love the futuristic look to it and the weight feels good despite being on the light side.

New conversation starter, what are your top 3 injector razors AND your top three SE razors? I'll start
Injectors:
1: Schick I Type (without the hydro magically head)
2: The Bunny V3
3: to be determined, will see where the personna lands, maybe in this spot, maybe it will knock one of the others down, or maybe it won't be in the top 3 at all.
SEs:
1: Valet Auto Strop VC-1
2: GEM Clog Pruf
3: GEM Featherweight

And this ranking is subject to change, as I'm planning on adventuring into a dameskeene razor, maybe a lather catcher or 2, and possibly getting into wedge blade SEs if I'm up for the challenge of maintaining blades

Injectors (even though I don't use them anymore):
Schick E2
Schick I1

Vintage SE:
GEM Clog Pruf Micromatic
EverReady 1914 Little Lather Catcher
GEM OCMM

Interesting, I get the sound from injectors, it's not as loud as from the spined blades but still lots of chatter

Razor: Personna Injector w/ Chick blade
Lather: Barbasol Arctic Chill
Post: Barbasol Brisk and an ice cold root beer

Wonderful shave with my new Personna Injector razor. Despite being the most mold Injector razor i have used (with the exception of the Schick Adjustable at a low setting), it was very efficient. In 3 passes and not a single cleanup stroke left my face smooth. The Barbasol Arctic Chill was simple, easy, and provided great cushion and glide. I toned down the Barbasol Brisk splash with some witch hazel because it's burn is a little much for me, even with an irritation free shave. It left me cool and refreshed. Then I enjoyed a great IBC Root Beer that the wife picked up. It has been a wonderful Saturday. Enjoy your weekend and your shaves to come!

Well it seems, as far as first time shaves go, the Personna belongs in my top 3 injectors. It is definitely in the top 5 SEs in general and probably up there if I were to rank all of my razors

Guys, over on the OneBlade thread I just posted a comparison between the Gem and the Feather 10, both of which are single edge. I won't double post, though check it out if it piques your interest.

Great comparison Pete. I'm interested to see what future tests reveal for you. You know, it would seem you aren't a fan of glue dots on blades haha

Had another excellent shave with the Personna Injector
I believe this may be my new favorite Injector, only time will tell. I love the handle, it is sleek but not slippery. And it is a great length for me. Despite being mild, it shaves very close and smooth.
Have a great day folks!
