@"newrfb" did the money part of this end up getting resolved for you? I truly hope it did...
Also I'm not sure what the policy is on this, but I do think there should be some repercussions of this even if its just publicly calling out the seller who posted and sold this. It seems pretty clear that they provided pictures of the 2020 model razor but sent a 2019 one, and I would be hard-pressed to believe that was done on accident for an item like this. I would leave that determination up to OP though of course, based on how he thinks the seller handled it overall with return etc.

I haven't received the refund yet. It has been 10days since the return had been completed. I don't know what takes it so long. The seller admitted his fault and promised to refund. Final decisison was to be made today but delayed 5 days later.

Refund completed. After the initial mistake, the seller did what he ought to do to solve the problem. Thank you all for keep watching and advising me. Smile
