I would probably go with Polsilvers SIs, closely followed by GSB.
There are just so many great blades out there nowadays it is impossible for me to pick '1'. In the 1960s I'd have easily said Gillette Platinum Plus, or maybe Super Stainless. In the mid to late 2000s the Feather. Now ... there are a half dozen to a dozen, that I know of, that are great. A true wet shaving renaissance happening.

Gillette Nacet .-
Smooth - Sharp - Long lasting .
For my mediterranean heavy stubble
and thin sensitive skin it’s
the best blade ever.By far !
* Gillette Platinums & Silver Blues
are very close matches,
but not as super sharp as the Nacets.
Rubies are as sharp as Nacets ,but
they lack the super smoothness of the
latter.

I Need New Conspiracy Theories
Because All Old Ones Came True
Normally, I am not drawn to ONE anything for the rest of your life threads, but I ran into some laser etched Personna Lab Blue blades off eBay and they are like none I have used before, both in shaving performance and longevity. They perform so much better than the sloppily printed ones.
If I were to choose one blade, these would be the selection.
