I just ordered the new Athena SS from Lambda. It is gorgeous. It is also a very limited sale. I have been told that if there is interest in this version, Theo will gladly make more. It is more expensive than the Bronze version. Now the hard part, WAITING!

Either way, I have Lambda fatigue.  It’s just too much effort, feels like a Wolfman 4 years ago with no configurations.

I have no special relationship with Lambda.  I just got lucky when i asked him the arrival date of the next batch of Lambda Bronze Athenas.  Fatigue?  How can one have fatigue on learning about great new gear?

There is a waiting list if anyone wants one

I’m surprised it is more expensive. I thought bronze was a more expensive material than 316 ss?

Either way, it’s a nice shaver.

I would think SS is harder/slower to machine than bronze, so maybe it costs him more to manufacture?

But it is beautiful!
