I went to potentially purchase a Claymore and noticed they were out of stock. I filled out the form to notify me when they were available again. Well, I was flabbergasted when I got an actual response from a human telling me not only the nature of the delay, but also when they were expecting them to be restocked (end of this week, possibly next week). My kind of customer service!
