Is the new Tallow and Steel Kyoto share the same labels as the original that was also sold as a limited edition? Will folks be able to tell them apart?

I’m looking forward to the Indian Bay.
Yes they went very quickly. We made as much as we could, but if we can find more supply of one of the materials we need, we till try to make more.
Thanks guys for your continued support!

Just a question: would you consider moving the drop times in the future? For us in Europe there was like zero chance to get Kyoto, when it drops at 1 am...
I was lucky that the next day was the holidays, but I had a coffee overdose.

Apologies to our Europeans friends! Next time we will do the release a little earlier so you guys don't have to stay up so late. But then I'm probably going to hear from our Asian customers..
Thank you to everyone who ordered! A quick break here, but now it's back to shipping.

It's hard to be fair to everyone, I guess
At least I was able to grab a set of Indian Bay. Very excited for it.

Awesome - let me know how it is when you receive it.
We are all caught up on shipping as of this evening. Now time to do some relaxing!
My Indian Bay set arrived in the mail yesterday. It smells great off the tub. I'd already shaved but I did go ahead and apply a healthy dose of the aftershave. It smells awesome. I hadn't looked at the scent notes online for a bit so had forgotten what it was composed of but what I picked up right away was a nice sweet bay that dried down to a citrusy floral which persisted for a while. Very nice. I went online this morning and reviewed the scent notes and there it was. Great job Ryan, this one's a hit for me. I'll be shaving with the soap in a few minutes here - give me a break I'm retired
For anybody who might be sitting on the fence because you aren't bay rum fans, this isn't a bay rum. Its a unique bay inspired scent along the lines of CL Blackberry Blossom Bay or CB Barnegat Bay. (when I say "along the lines of" I don't mean the same or even similar but rather in that they aren't traditional bay rums) There is no rum and no clove. The spices mentioned in the scent notes coriander, allspice and nutmeg are well blended and do not assert themselves in an aggressive manner often found in bay rums.
The artwork on the label is beautiful as we've come to expect from Tallow + Steel.

Yes indeed I had a wonderful shave with T+S Indian Bay this morning. The base is excellent as always and the scent is beautiful - the citrusy floral subtly spicy bay notes are very nice and complex. This may just be my new favourite Tallow + Steel scent. Thanks again Ryan, for me this is the release of the summer.
