I don’t even pay attention to that crap lol. I paid 100 for both sets shipped.

I saw a post on instagram (temp story) about T+S upcoming release Indian Bay.  Happy2  I am excited about this one.

I've been using T+S soap this week - I had the LE Coffee in the Canadian Wilderness sitting on a table for a while because I wasn't sure about the scent.  Every now and then when passing I'd give it a sniff.  Gradually I started to come around so I used it earlier this week.  Awesome soap base as expected and the scent is a nice - similar to Boreal but not Boreal.  Its obviously got some coffee in there - I'm waiting for someone to make a soap that doesn't just have "coffee" scent but a specific varietal of coffee.  Maybe one of those incredible fruity fragrant Ethiopians.  I must admit, I'm partial to Ethiopian coffees.  I used Boreal yesterday and I'm going with probably Sicily today.

I did not get hold of Murakami and maybe regretting it now - a couple of reasons being that I understood that it was shipping out from FLA and the cost of shipping was going to be high and more irrationally the name of the soap - I had a high school math teacher by that name and he almost single handedly derailed my life for a few years.  PTSD maybe?  Go figure .  The right teacher can make such a difference in a young person's life and so can the wrong teacher - that guy was in the wrong shoe store as far as I was concerned.  Or I was.

You bet! We've been busy as we have 3 releases coming on Tuesday: Indian Bay, Kyoto (rerelease) and Morning Coffee in the Canadian Wilderness (rerelease)

Well - it's "Morikami" - pronounced like "kawmi" .. still too close to the name of your teacher? Haha, this guy really left a lasting impression. I hear you though on the expensive shipping to Canada on that one. It's too bad.

I'll post more info about Indian Bay in the coming days!

Nice releases, I love the look of Indian Bay too, but Jasmine and my skin don't get on.

I'd love to get another Kyoto though, that and Yakushima are my all time favorite soaps. I didn't expect to see it ever make a return.

Yes it’s best to avoid this one then. We get so many emails from customers trying to find Kyoto - especially newer customers that weren’t around when it first released, that it was only right to do a re-release! This batch ended up a little lighter on the seaweed, so you can pick up more of the yuzu, tea and woods.

Kyoto is one of your all time classics for sure Ryan.

Even though I've got an issue with Jasmine, I love to see it being used, it's the classic masculine floral IMO. Thankfully fragrances with it don't bother me.

My God, want these Japanese inspired soaps so badly but afraid they will light me up

Ryan, why not send down a tub each of Kyoto and Morikami If it doesn’t light up my skin will pay for it. If it does, you could donate them to the Needs PIF we have underway?

Awesome! I agree - it's one floral that can really work well in masculine fragrances. I'm really happy with how Indian Bay turned out.

Hi Dan,

If you are getting reactions from every one of our scents, then something in them isn't agreeing with you (possibly something in the soap base). While we appreciate all of your support and that you are trying to find some that work for you, unfortunately we strongly recommend you don't try any others. Cheers.
