It's odd how the shipping to the U.S. varies so much. We use 2 weeks as standard in our shipping notification email, but sometimes it's only 1 week. They fly via Air with no tracking, so who knows which airports they fly into, and how far some have to travel by ground. The routing is a mystery. Customs could also be quicker in some cities than others.

If it has been more than 2 weeks and you haven't received your order - definitely send us an email!
