I got this email on Thursday and another today reminding us that the T+S annual sale ends tonight. Get it now! 20% off everything

Tallow + Steel
Dear Subscribers,

We extend our heartfelt wishes for a prosperous New Year to each of you.

In Winnipeg, where El Niño has taken hold of our weather, we’ve experienced an unusually mild onset of winter. However, as El Niño took a hiatus, temperatures plummeted below -30°C (-22°F), reminding us of the season's true intensity. Our thoughts go out to our American neighbors who have recently faced extreme winter weather, while we extend warm wishes to those residing below the equator, enjoying the pleasures of summer.

We had planned this release and annual sale before the holidays, however, recognizing the importance of rest and rejuvenation, we opted to delay, but the time is finally here!

It’s an exciting period here at T+S. Our new workshop has provided us with the capacity for a more extensive inventory. Consequently, we have crafted a final batch of our natural Fougères, and a small batch of our latest Japanese-themed product, Hokkaido. The remaining stock of our most recent Limited Edition, Sarsaparilla, is still available. This brings our current collection to an unprecedented 14 scents, spanning a diverse range of styles, ensuring there is something for everyone. This opportune moment aligns perfectly with our annual sale. Additionally, we are thrilled to reintroduce a revised version of Himalaya into our core line, details of which are elaborated below.

-A Note on Shipping-

We are pleased to announce that all shipments to the USA now include complimentary tracking!

For those who may have found shipping costs from Canada to be prohibitive, we encourage you to revisit the checkout process. Shipping prices are subject to change often, and you may discover more favourable rates. Our commitment to optimizing shipping options remains a top focus, and we consistently explore avenues to offer the most competitive rates. As always, any shipping fees you incur represent a discounted rate from the actual shipping costs, and our free shipping thresholds are prominently displayed on the top banner.

-2024-

Looking ahead into 2024, we have an exciting lineup of releases scheduled for both spring and fall. Among them is an enhanced version of our most requested re-release (no spoilers yet!)

-Annual Sale-

Beginning now through Sunday, enjoy a 20% discount - no coupon code necessary.

Sàsq’ets II
The endless forest of the Pacific Northwest harbours a secret - a reclusive one that man has known about for thousands of years. To those who discovered him, he’s known as ‘wildman of the woods’, or Sàsq’ets. To others, he is known simply as Sasquatch.

Sàsq’ets II is a lavender scent that captures the woodsy, earthy aroma of the crisp forest air, while resinous animalic undertones give you a glimpse into the life of the mythical creature with footprints too big for any man.

To those who own 2019 Sàsq’ets: Sàsq’ets II contains more castoreum (animalic musk). There is a more present earthiness from mushroom absolute, and a very faint hint of smoke from cade. Jasmine absolute and Canadian monarda bring more floral complexity to the lavender.

Himalaya
This is a revision of our 2017 release. Himalaya has been improved with additional complexity and strength.

Ease into a calming sensory journey with a blend that emanates the sweet warmth and spice of rare oils harvested from the lush foothills of the majestic mountain range. Let Himalaya transport you to the peaceful villages that dot the landscape of Nepal and India. A sensory tapestry; weaving together the serenity of nature and the vibrant allure of spice-laden markets. You are invited to experience the harmonious aromatic symphony of the Himalayas.

We are committed to doing our best to maintain Himalaya as part of our core line despite challenges posed by the scarcity of some of it's natural fragrance materials.

Thank you for your continued support. We eagerly anticipate sharing more olfactory adventures with you in the coming year.

Warm regards,

T+S

There’s still a fair amount of stock remaining but Sasquets and Hokkaido are sold out. I didn’t think Hokkaido would last long.

Yes! I got the email yesterday. I got the original West Coast IPA and it was like shaving with a great IPA. 1UP sounds interesting

I pulled the trigger on both. Really enjoying their formula and scents these days.
I hope those Japanese LE lines get re-released in the future... I was only able to get two of the five.

I noticed a few of their scents are on "clearance" also. Sarsaparilla and Baygère are 45% off. $23 for the set. All sitting in my cart just waiting for me to pull the trigger! Haha.

Glad to hear! Love IPA's. I'm on the edge of 1up, sounds like they blended it so it's not too sweet, don't think I would want to smell like 7up.
