good afternon everyone!!!
I would like your advices about taking care of your razors after you've shaved...I mean; do i have to disasemble the razor, remove or change the blade everytime i shave???
as usual i change the blade after five/ six times i used the same blade...IS it too often or is it ok???
io know i sound stupid to the most part of the members of this beautifull forum, but i am an absolute beginner,,,So be patient with me...

I disassemble the razor after each use, wrap the blade back in it's paper, towel dry my razor.

I just rinse my razor and then towel dry it. I don't remove the blade until it's time to change it.

I take the blade out, pat dry the razor parts, then gently pat dry the blade without rubbing, and put the blade back in - turned over. (I know, turning it over probably is completely unnecessary, but I do it anyway.)

Rinse the razor after I shave, dry with a small towel put it back in its place. After 3 shaves the blade goes bye bye, clean the razor then put in a new blade.

I used to leave the blade in the razor after each shave, but then I noticed rust forming on the blade, which stained the razor. (I live next to the sea. The salty air rusts everything very quickly.) So now I take the razor apart after each shave. I dry it with a small towel, and I also dry the blade. Then I let all the pieces sit on a hand cloth for the rest of the day to dry thoroughly. The next morning I reassemble everything and enjoy another clean shave.

I loosen head, rinse, and put in stand or on a silicone mat with ridges.  I only fully disassemble to bin blade.  I am at 6800 ft above sea level in a dry climate. Even opened chips and crackers stay crisp.

That interesting about the chips and crackers staying crisp, I didn't realize that.

I think you see guys are all over the map, so to speak, on what we do with our gear.
I hot water rinse mine the disassemble and might rinse again. After that I put the blade on a microfiber towel and dry the razor parts with a separate much softer microfiber cloth that won't even scratch a mirror finished Wolfman type finish.
I do this every time and leave it to dry usually 24 hours.
It's a bit of procedure but some of these razors are expensive, to me.
