Tabac: aftershave or cologne?

Which smells better, the aftershave or the cologne?
Can we use cologne as an aftershave?

Explanation:
I think the aftershave’s scent is somewhat too high-pitch, if that makes sense.
I wish the scent was somewhat darker, more lower-pitch.

I think there’s also an eau de toilette?

I have heard people use cologne as an Aftershave and I have myself used it occasionally but the fundamental difference between the two is that aftershave is antibacterial and moisturizing to skin and a cologne is to smell good.

If I were you, I would mix cologne with some aftershave balm and then apply.

Yes you may. Purpose is to dilute the concentration of alcohol.
