Any Napoleon Dynamite fans out there? The Director that did that movie made another, much less known/popular “film” called “Gentlemen Broncos”.

In the movie, there were Surveillance Does (female robotic deer) that shot lasers from their eyes.

If you love nerdy, dry humor, low budget, movies with a twist of sci-fi… it might be worth watching. I enjoyed it, but then again I like weird movies.

I'll be checking that out. Office Space, Napolean Dynamite, and some other sleepers are cult classics!

Razor: Blackland Dart w/ TiBam Titanium Handle
Brush: Elite 30mm
Soap: Eufros - Sirio
Aftershave: La Toja
Blade: Feather

Years ago, I tried Eufros and really liked it. I know the soap maker has reformulated and tweaked his product, so I was excited to try the lastest base. And I’m glad I did! This is truly an outstanding soap. I also enjoyed the scent, which is light and has a very clean chamomile/violet aroma. Clearly a scent that nearly everyone would enjoy. Highly recommend.

Oh, and I will be picking a winner this evening over in my Merchant giveaway thread for 2 handles.

https://damnfineshave.com/thread-giveawa...#pid408407

I think only a couple people have entered, so your odds are good! I’ll also be adding some extras to the box, so, you’ll get more than handles. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to enter.

Razor: Timeless .95 OC w/ scalloped cap
Brush: Viking Pinecone 26mm
Soap: Mammoth - Mood Indigo
Aftershave: Furbo Blu
Blade: Feather

The real star of today’s shave was the Furbo Blu aftershave. What a terrific feel and scent (that really lasts a while)! I've never tried Floid Blue, but I hear this one is nearly identical. It will definitely be a staple in my Den! Highly recommend.

Have a wonderful Sunday DFS Brothers.

I recall seeing a shave soap by that name. I think Pasteur's sold it... Maybe Italian Barber too? Have you tried that as well?

No, just the splash for the first time today. It’s worth buying!

Of course I had to use the Hub City and Wholly Kaw balm. Both have a sweet sandalwood note and match up nicely.

Hub City has been on my radar for the last month or so. Friday Night Lights is their latest offering and sounded pretty cool.

I can confirm the soap performance and scent are awesome. This company is gonna be a elite level player in the soap game. It has pig tallow and some other excellent ingredients. Lather was super sticky / thick... and slick! Much like A&E.

Off the puck it’s a sweet sandalwood and true to the published scent notes with hints of vanilla and coconut, but after lathering I do detect a smokey camp fire note. My Wife got pretty excited about this one along with the Wholly Kaw Rebelle balm scent which has some depth and complexity. Its like a modern sandalwood! I dig it a lot and the balm also has some nice skin food.

Threw a new Feather blade in my Razorock BBS and man, what a crazy good shave. This is THE blade for this razor!

Brush was This Darn Rob with a 26mm Oumo knot, which happens to be one of my favorites in a pretty large brush collection!

The BBS with AS plate is nice with a feather blade. I put mine on one side and the Lupo 95 on the other, the PBS is a lot smoother with no blade feel.
Seem like I ended up what about the same shave when I was done, so Im undecided on the best, for me.
