Razor: Henson w/ TiBam Titanium Handle
Brush: Brad Sears 28mm
Soap: Los Jabones De Joserra - Viriato
Aftershave: Chatillon Lux - Taum Sauk
Blade: Feather

A rushed 5:30 AM shave somehow turned out great this morning.

I’m back onsite at the Refinery and it sure is strange. I haven’t seen most of my co-workers in-person for a long time… 1 year, 4 months to be exact.

Anyways, about the shave…

The Henson is a masterpiece of a razor. I can’t believe how fast and smooth it is. This should be the first razor all new wet shavers purchase IMO. I desperately want one in stainless or Titanium someday.

I was pretty tired last night, but I did finish a handle…

“Forged” will hit the Etsy Shop this evening:

Thanks Paul. Pretty sure I drilled it at ~29mm wide (which works for 26mm or 28mm knot)
I'll post all the dimensions on the Etsy listing this evening.
Thanks!

Paul (Stubble Daddy)  I was wondering the same thing as Paul (mrdoug) and figured I would find out the answer on your site.  And I don't mean to "cut in" on mrdoug, but for future reference, drill diameter would be a nice thing to know.  It could save us all time, and make Stubble Daddy more money.

As it is, there is as yet no end to your creativity Paul (@"Stubble Daddy").  It periodically, but reliably astounds.

First, looks awesome, Paul! Hope the transition back to work work goes as smooth as the shave!

Second, Mike HighSpeed WCS = West Coast Shaving. I am heading to check out handles and to the TiBam Etsy store to look there, too

UPDATE
My dyslexic speed reading strikes again! Dave gives the correct answer to the question below! Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks Guys.

Yes, on all my Etsy listings I have every important dimension listed.

I recently found that if I drill the knot hole at ~29mm wide, it provides a little extra versatility, as it works well for both 26mm and 28mm knots (unless a 28mm knot has a weird glue bump that pops out wider than 28mm near the top. I have never seen this happen with any synthetic knot... only with 1 strange Badger Knot that I owned.

Hey now, easy!

You may get some of the good things, or not enough, or too much!

I like to joke around, but I do slow down at work.

But you gotta have humor. Over the years, I have noted that I am the poop guy. Case in point, I had a long and mostly serious discussion with a guy my age regarding his bowel habits. He has been "loose" lately and wanted my advice. Good times!
