Razor: Timeless .95 OC
Brush: Trotter Handcrafts - Birch Colorwood
Soap: Los Jabones De Joserra - Kush
Aftershave: Floid - Black
Blade: Tiger

Nice shave today. Big fan of the Timeless OC. The Tiger blade was not too shabby… we’ll see how many shaves it can hold up for this week!

Also, I paid to be a “Merchant” here on the DFS! So I feel slightly less spamy when mentioning my products. Haha

Here’s the link:

I’ll post stuff there and in my Etsy shop… so stay tuned!

Big day here at Trotter Handcrafts! The Light Box I purchased on Amazon arrived and I got it all setup. Sorry Gents, but that means you will probably not be seeing much of my hand anymore. Haha. But just so you know, the name “Trotter Handcrafts” did in fact originate from the jokes about my hand being in all those pics early on.

I also started an Etsy store to sell my handles moving forward. Hopefully it’s ok for me to post the link here and add it to my signature line. Anyways here’s the store:

Not much there yet since I just launched it and got the light box for photos… but it will be fully stocked this week!

Thanks for all the support guys. I sincerely appreciate it.

Paul Stubble Daddy ,

The photography looks fantastic!!  If I may ask, which light box did you decide on?

Thanks...

Hi Alan. Thanks for the compliment! I researched the heck out of light boxes, but in the end decided on this one:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N2OH2D3?ref...b_ap_share

I’m only on day 2 with it, but sure seems to be a quality product. I’m quite happy with the photo results.

Thanks
Paul

Wow, that looks like a great choice for a lightbox. Definitely a good rating.

Congrats on the Etsy and DFS storefronts Paul! I'm going to have to buy my next one from Etsy, just so you can get some reviews going over there.

Thanks Paul!

Did you ever get a knot for that red handle? I’d love to see a pic sometime Smile

Yeah, I got it glued in last week and used it Friday. I posted it in my brush of the day. Here's the pic.

I ditched the Maggards as it just didn't feel as good as the AP 2BED to me. I also redid the yellow handle with the Synbad. The AP Cashmere just wasn't as good, for my tastes. Used that one today and it was awesome. [Image: 6413306bb41be4b663b52c3eedbbe70a.jpg][Image: 079fe07d3696dd0788419dd28ee1b07b.jpg]

Razor: Henson w/ TiBam Titanium Handle
Brush: Brad Sears 28mm
Soap: Los Jabones De Joserra - Viriato
Aftershave: Chatillon Lux - Taum Sauk
Blade: Feather

A rushed 5:30 AM shave somehow turned out great this morning.

I’m back onsite at the Refinery and it sure is strange. I haven’t seen most of my co-workers in-person for a long time… 1 year, 4 months to be exact.

Anyways, about the shave…

The Henson is a masterpiece of a razor. I can’t believe how fast and smooth it is. This should be the first razor all new wet shavers purchase IMO. I desperately want one in stainless or Titanium someday.

I was pretty tired last night, but I did finish a handle…

“Forged” will hit the Etsy Shop this evening:

Forged looks amazing! Nice shave Paul and you should check out the Winner razor from WSC which shaves very similar to The Henson and is in stainless steel for a very reasonable price.
