Eric is the financial foundation behind Trotter Handcrafts. I do not support an intervention Wink

He'll probably get better once he owns all the wood handles in circulation!

Speaking of wood handles, I only turned that one because I came back from vacation and realized I didn't have any resin blanks poured and ready. Doh! Luckily, my Dad gave me this chuck of Cocobolo when I was up in Alaska. I can make exactly 4 handles from it. Looks a lot like Brazilian Rosewood! It's very exotic and rich looking (just like Eric).

You're such a salesman Paul. I have had more than one brush made with cocobolo wood and still have a Graydog in that wood. Beautiful wood to use.

Don't think I have ever been exotic, except that one night long long ago, in a dark, smokey lounge...

My Dad gave me a piece of “Shedua” wood (from Africa) as well. It turned out ok, but nothing like the Cocobolo!

I’ll probably throw this one in for free with the Cocobolo handle.

and lastly, I spent a stupid amount of time today making a razor stand. This is what you do when you only have 1 oz of resin left and refuse to toss the bottle. Haha

I agree the Cocobolo has a lot more character. Still, the Sheduba is nice. A rich dark color.

The stand looks nice... Kinda like the Eye of Sauron.[Image: giphy.gif?cid=349c9dd79pcffopgp0zanjf4ax...y.gif&ct=g]
