Razor: Blackland Dart w/ TiBam Handle
Brush: Trotter Handcrafts - "Sea Glass No. 2" w/ 26mm Oumo knot
Soap: T&S - Sicily
Aftershave: Razorock - Evil Eye Lime
Blade: Wizamet

What a great soap! The scent is an excellent citrus accord. Lemon and Orange are out front, but it also has a bit more going on in the background that is really well executed. Thank you Mike! I will likely be purchasing a full tub of this one... soon!

I was shaving away and really in the zone, when some random tree service guy rang my doorbell and had the wrong address. It threw me off and I did get a nice cut from the Dart. That thing will bite hard if you don't watch your angle. But it is a razor I love. Sad to hear its being discontinued.

Silicone set a nice Oumo 2-band in Sea Glass No. 2 and really enjoyed using it. The slightly frosted/unpolished finish actually provides some nice grip.

Wrapped things up with a massive plash of Evil Eye (which matched up well with the T&S soap).

I'm glad you like the soap Paul.  Thanks to Brother Dave's leadership and inspiration, I'm doing my second consecutive 30 Day Challenge (30DC) over at TSD.  As you may know, part of the 30DC is nailing down the kit to a greater or lesser degree, including the soap, of course.  For me that means I won't be shaving with my recently acquired T+S soaps until about June 15.  So it's very nice indeed to hear that at least one of them worked so well for you.  BTW Sea Glass 2 looks great with the Oumo.

Wasn’t satisfied with “La Fee Vert”, so I’m re-doing it. New shape:

Very nice! I am seeing more brushes with long handles over the past year. Vintage look? The color is stunning. Oceanic is the perfect descriptor.

Nice one Paul! That's a barber handle, right? That's a very nice blue color.

Thanks guys. Yes, indeed a "Barber Handle"

I've never made them in the past, but kinda like the long handle. It's surprisingly comfortable in the hand and would be great for bowl lathering.

I've seen quite a few restored by TobyC . He does an awesome job with the vintages restores. I'm completely guessing, but I bet he likes the barber handles most of all (only because I've seen a lot of them in his restores).

It does look like it would work well for bowl lathering. That think handle should allow for switching grips to a more 'spoon-like' setup.

Razor: Razorock Lupo . 72 w/ TiBam Handle
Brush: Trotter Handcrafts - “The Amber Room”
Soap: A&E Cannabliss Santal
Aftershave: La Toja
Blade: Personna Platinum

This soap was kindly given to me and I’m so happy to report this tub does not burn my face like the Maggard’s sample I tried months ago. This one must have a few less drops of fragrance oil or something!

The scent is amazing. I mostly get a soft sandalwood and patchouli with herb and woody notes in the background. I also detected a dark floral in the mix… but just barely.

It’s honestly one of the best smelling soaps I’ve had the pleasure of owning. The performance is also exceptional. Now I must get the splash to go with it!
