Always loved the vintage Butterscotch handles that have a deep, burnt orange color...

Poured this guy yesterday and turned it today.

I’ll need to spend a bit more time on the final polish.

Hope everyone is having a nice evening.

I love that translucent look, you can see the knot base. I remember enjoying finding sea glass shards when I walked the beaches of the Kennebunks when I was switching from teaching and studying to be a pharmacist. The nature of the ocean (so temperamental!) was a nice, distracting break from my teaching and my schooling. Point is, I like the look! Well done!

Razor: Razorock Lupo .95
Brush: Trotter Handcrafts - “Mr. Pink”
Soap: Los Jabones De Joserra - Noir
Aftershave: Fine - Green Vetiver
Blade:

New soap and new brush today. The soap is a smoky, spicy accord. Cypress and Vetiver are easily detected as well. It’s dark and has depth. Performance was excellent as expected. Very slick and protective. Post shave was exceptional.

I was struggling with a name for this handle. When I saw the graphic on the soap lid, I had an epiphany:

Sounds like a great shave. I'll soon be able to see how the Lupo 95 shaves, too!

Ooh, by the way, your brush asked if he could switch names. He wants to be Mr. Purple. He said, "That sounds good to me, I'll be Mr. Purple."
