Wow. That's unfortunate, hope PayPal can resolve. And I just purchased a diplomat handle from seller "stork_razors" on ebay, hope he delivers.

The handle I ordered took just over two months to arrive. Apparently Russian Post recently made some large changes that haven't gone well. The paypal dispute process is now open for 6 months, so give it a bit longer, you've still got time to get your money back if you used paypal.

I bought a Consul and Diplomat last month from the same guy on eBay. After buying it, I PMd them and paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping. Got to California in 7 days no muss no fuss.

After pressure from PayPal, the seller has refunded my payment. So I'm still looking for the handles here.

That's too bad to hear.  I'm astonished (no hyperbole) that you'd want anything to do with Stork at this point.  I know if I'd gotten ripped off, or given the run around, for hundreds of dollars, I wouldn't want anything to do with them or their goods, no matter how I eventually obtained them.  I'd never get over the crappy experience. I wouldn't want the constant reminder in my presence. Ah well, hopefully they aren't operating like this on ebay. I hate rip offs and poor customer service.

I had the same experience. Paid an extra $25 for expedited shipping with tracking. I had no problem. Have another on the way.

That's lie. You were given refund because of our good will and not because any pressure of Paypal. We always said that you would receive full refund even if Paypal escalation time is over and your parcel lost. Nobody would bother with this small amount of money.

And btw we asked you to wait for official answer from Russian Post. You got enough evidence that we worked with them, that parcel shipped and tracking number were given. But you desided not to wait even that we didn't han any control over this people from post.
