I thought I saw Rod mention October somewhere. Apparently now that the secret is out there has been a rush of orders on the knots... I'm currently rotating between a 30mm Whipped Dog with about 57mm of effective loft, an Asylum Brush Works Scanlon, which is around 24/52, and an Omega S at 24/54. Based on my experiences with these 3 synthetics, I'm thinking this "Kong" will be my goldilocks brush, so I'm anxiously awaiting them as well.

I have a guarantee from the manufacturer that I will have them in hand before the end of September, although since they won't give me an exact date I'm guessing it will be closer to the end than the beginning.
They definitely have gotten a bullrush of orders since it became common knowledge that they make the brushes. Good for them, and good for the consumer, as companies will have a hard time charging so much for them anymore now that so many people will be carrying them.

My wife has been eyeballing it, it would work great for lathering larger real estate than my face.

Absolutely!
Rod, are you still planning on releasing a smaller knot version? I think I also read on your FB or somewhere that you would like to eventually introduce a boar and badger brush down the line, are you still looking at that as an option?

Yes, we do have 22 mm version with a smaller handle en route along with the 26 mm. We'll eventually have more handle colors as well.
I am testing some boars right now. Still undecided on them though. I don't see us doing badger any time soon, due to multiple factors.

That's good news to me, as I predominantly prefer boar brushes. I look forward to whatever you come up with.

I might have to pick up the 22mm version when it's available. what do you think the loft will be (fingers crossed for 50-53mm)..
